Procedure
- Dry blend the ingredients part 1 together and heat at 60°C for 5 – 10 minutes
- Dry blend the ingredients part 2 together and add into mixing from part 1
- Heat until achieve 75 - 80°c Brix for total solid
- Make sour taste by adding 50% acid solution
- Add color and flavour
