Procedure

  1. Dissolve sodium bicarbonate in water
  2. Dry blend all ingredients, then add water and agitate
  3. Add sodium bicarbonate solution
  4. Heat at pasteurized temperature (at 85°C) for 15 – 30 minutes
  5. Homogenize and cool down to 4°C
  6. Pack and keep in refrigerator
