Procedure
- Disperse Viscotex™ SAU in water, with agitation
- Dissolve modified starch in water
- Dry blend all ingredients, except the salt
- Heat the Viscotex™ SAU solution, followed by adding the dry blend and apply heat at 85°C
- Agitate until achieve good homogeneity
- Add salt and starch solution, then heat at 85°C for 10 – 15 minutes
- Add color and flavour
- Fill into the packaging
