Procedure

  1. Disperse Viscotex™ SAU in water, with agitation
  2. Dissolve modified starch in water
  3. Dry blend all ingredients, except the salt
  4. Heat the Viscotex™ SAU solution, followed by adding the dry blend and apply heat at 85°C
  5. Agitate until achieve good homogeneity
  6. Add salt and starch solution, then heat at 85°C for 10 – 15 minutes
  7. Add color and flavour
  8. Fill into the packaging
