Procedure
- Dry blend Viscotex™ JEL with sugar, sodium citrate and sodium benzoate
- Add to part of the water (at room temperature) and mix as well
- Add fructose syrup and stirred water, then heat at 95°C for 20 minutes
- While the temperature is at 70°– 60°C, add other ingredients and continue stirring
- Fill into the packaging
