Procedure

  1. Dry blend Viscotex™ JEL with sugar, sodium citrate and sodium benzoate
  2. Add to part of the water (at room temperature) and mix as well
  3. Add fructose syrup and stirred water, then heat at 95°C for 20 minutes
  4. While the temperature is at 70°– 60°C, add other ingredients and continue stirring
  5. Fill into the packaging
